My service technician was great. He arrived on time and did a great job. He didn't have the parts on hand and would have had to order it and come back another time. I told him I had to go to town so I could pick up the parts he needed to save him the trip. So I got the parts and he came back later in the afternoon to install the parts.

My service repairman was awesome. Dennis is always very helpful. I was disappointed that Sears no longer sells the Jennair cooktop. I have to go outside to buy another Jennair cooktop. Will my current maintenance plan transfer over to a new Jennair ? Dennis checked all my other appliances and gave me great hints for keeping them working well.

Services to our samsung refer and Kenmore stove was very prompt and repaired in a professional matter The technician was knowledge and friendly. Mahalo to sears.

The service was bad. They technician arrived around 2:00pm, when I was given an appointment of 8-12. I did not receive an advance call from anyone, stating his late arrival. I actually called the service line at 12:30, to find out why the Tech never got here before 12:00pm. There were 2 parts to replace, but he only changed the Ice maker part. I checked his work just before he left, and found a door on the left side of the ice maker was broken. I asked him about that before he left, and he responded, " yeah, the door broke putting in the Ice maker, but it won't affect the Ice maker". It took 4 technicians to come here on separate days to fix the ice maker, when the last person that came (female person), was the only one that did the correct diagnosis. She ordered the parts and scheduled someone in 3 days.

Tech went beyond just fixing problem and made sure it doesn't happen again. Made suggestions to improve overall performance and even repaired non-related problems. Would use again.

Aloha, I am very impressed with our Kona Store for providing technicians to repair. The Hilo store was most helpful when we lived nearby with their service on our lawnmower. I think having the ability to continue to receive warranty coverage anywhere on the Big Island will keep me interested in purchasing a service plan. Mahalo,
