Aloha, I am very impressed with our Kona Store for providing technicians to repair. The Hilo store was most helpful when we lived nearby with their service on our lawnmower. I think having the ability to continue to receive warranty coverage anywhere on the Big Island will keep me interested in purchasing a service plan. Mahalo,

Excellent service. Our washing machine service call was scheduled the same day we called, which is extremely good response time. Our technician, Dawn Marie, arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. She was very knowledgeable and professional and resolved our situation quicker than we expected.
