The work that the servicemen did was fine; efficient, quick, and accurate. The only problem I had was that I had to wait half a month for the company to send out the servicemen, due to their heavy workload, and due to parts not being stocked here on Big Island. This is my biggest fault with Sears.

The repair man came within the scheduled time frame and called ahead as expected. He was careful with my surroundings and replaced the part properly and asked for my approval. The service was excellent.

We called Sears on the Big Island of Hawaii to repair our 4 year old Samsung fridge. The appointment was made through the call centre and was very smooth. The technician (Brian) showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He had the new part needed to repair the water/ice dispenser. The charge was reasonable and overall we were very happy with the service and have no hesitation recommending Sears Appliance Repair on the Big Island.
