We called Sears on the Big Island of Hawaii to repair our 4 year old Samsung fridge. The appointment was made through the call centre and was very smooth. The technician (Brian) showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He had the new part needed to repair the water/ice dispenser. The charge was reasonable and overall we were very happy with the service and have no hesitation recommending Sears Appliance Repair on the Big Island.

My repairman called ahead of time and told me when he expected to arrive. This was very helpful. When he arrived he found out the problem with my dishwasher immediately and also found that it was not repairable. Good service, courteous repairman.

Although it took awhile to have it repaired, the parts arrived about a week after the initial visit by the tech and the tech finally came on April 1, 2025 and completed the repairs. Now i am able to use the stove to bake. I thank the tech for repairing the stove. He was very courteous and did a fantastic job.
