The Sears tech Travis was great. I’ve had the Sears maintenance plan for 15+ years. This is the 1st time in yrs that a tech went & ckd the back of my refrig & freezer! I understand the maintenance plan I have is no longer sold - it’s been a savings that can’t be beat. I keep renewing since it’s paid for itself!

Service Tech - Travis is terrific. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and really knew the products. He clearly provided the options to me and explained it in an understandable way. I will use Hilo Sears Home Services appliance repair again. I actually just booked an apt for my dads dryer as well based on this experience. Mahalo.
