The serviceman was awesome, but the scheduling was absolutely terrible! No access to a human for questions. It appears that the AI involvement was random at best: 1) Repairman will arrive between 8AM & 9AM 2) Repairman will arrive at 9:19 AM. 3) Hours later, Repairman will arrive between 3:02 PM & 4:15 PM. When he finally arrived, he was very professional and recommended that the repair didn’t have to be done anyway. I had set up my entire day for this! Also, “I”had placed this order, not my wife Nona; she’s dead! Get it? Dead!! This has been discussed before!

The parts for my dryer did not arrive as promised and I therefore had to cancel the technician who was going to install them. If all had gone as originally planned, the dryer would have been back in good working order before I traveled. As it was, the repair didn't get done till after I returned. Other than that, the technician did a great job and all is well.

Scheduling of service was horribly disorganized. I first called on the 16th of December, the tech showed up on the 27th, took a look at the range and said he'd be back about a week and a half later. That appointment was scrubbed by Sears because they had the wrong parts and a new appointment was scheduled for about a week later. That tech got lost but also didn't have the parts. Finally, about six weeks after my call, a tech showed up, was very pleasant, and fixed my oven. That was quite a long wait!

The service was done well, it was just the waiting time for the service which is why there's only three stars if we didn't have that delay it would of been a full five stars. Mahalo nui

The service technician was great. What's wrong here is the amount of time it takes for a customer with a contract to get service. The contract costs a lot of money. It should come with a promise of service within days, not weeks.

The repair service, when finally completed, was fine. We have been satisfied with all the repair service personnel. We're always asked whether we'd recommend Sears Appliance Repair to anyone and we always reply NO! While there's no issue with repair personnel, we have been completely frustrated with call center personnel who seem to be totally ignorant about the appliances and/or are ignorant of the email deals sent to people who have purchased Kenmore appliances. They never return calls when promised. The last two times, we were referred to multiple personnel and got cut off when being transferred to another department, taking an average of 35 minutes for someone to determine what might need to be done. If not for having installed seven major Kenmore appliances when we built our house 5 years ago, we would never think to contact Sears.
