Sears appliance repair is really awful! I made an appointment to repair our microwave oven. They came to check it, then ordered parts. I received email and text message given a date their coming. Stayed home from work. Nobody came only received a text message “thank you for rescheduling “ which I didn’t do. Called to schedule, the technician showed up, but said needed two people and he’s waiting one the other. Went in the house to find out minutes later he left. No clue whether he was coming back or not, not a word said. Well, he didn’t come back after taking off of work another day! Finally came back the next month to finish the job. The next week called to repair refrigerator ice maker. They came on time, ordered parts. Gave me a date they will return. They canceled without me knowing three times. That’s 3 more times loss work hours before they finally came. The biggest problem is calling to reschedule every time they reschedule and no show. The text messages and emails I receive is worse because it tells me “thank you for rescheduling “ and I’m home waiting! Their customer service is in the Philippines, and they don’t care all they do is reschedule and promise a technician will come for sure. Anyone who purchases a sears warranty, I would recommend you not take off of work until they call and say they’re at your home with the parts ir the help they needed. That 8-5 waiting us 8 hours of income you’ll lose. I will look into home shield home shield sears is not worth the monthly fee and paying $100 plus $36 they add wothput you knowing for every time they come out! Really bad service, and none of the employees from customer service to technician cares or knows what or who’s messing up, rather they blame each other!

Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars then I would. I feel Totally ripped off! Use someone else, I would never use Sears again!!

4 months and my washer still hasn’t been replaced! Sears has lied over and over again! They continue to tell me the replacement check is in the mail when I call every week! It’s very disappointing that Sears can do this after years of paying for this warranty! I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy…

No communication, but willing to take a fee for their no show. I would not recommend them. May be excellent at repairs, but as I said rotten customer service...

The technician was pleasant but clearly out of his league with the issue he came to mitigate. He seemed to lack basic knowledge of electrical versus mechanical problems. $120 to tell me the problem was electrical, and to call an electrician. An additional $200 paid to an electrician revealed that the problem was mechanical failure of the appliance, not an electrical issue at all. $320 and nothing is fixed. I won’t be calling Sears again for anything, ever. Zero stars.

As of October 3rd, 2023 My GE washer has not been fixed. There has been 6 scheduled appointment's and Still GE washing machine is STILL not fixed, even when the TECHNICIAN albert stated in his Tech and Extended Note that it's unrepairable and uneconomical. I do have the Master Protection Plan but all I get from Sears is the run around-wait for 72 hours, we can give up to $100.00 for the inconvenience. PURE BAD BUSINESS. I will Not Renew the Master Protection Plan, even though i want to keep some of the employees employed. I've been a Loyal Customer.

Sears has tried to repair my 2 year old dryer 4 times. It still shuts off after 5 minutes. Overtime they come I have to get someone to stay at the house and wait for 4 hours

After not having an oven for weeks during the holidays I came home to house guest and a broken stove I am not thrilled! Finally after 3 months our oven was fixed. Jeff did d job but 3 months waiting is not acceptable and hardly fair to those who work for you and have to face angry customers.

Our tech had to reschedule our appointment again. I do not know when we will get someone to fix our exercise equipment. Just sad.
