So disappointed with the company that my extended warranty chose to use! Between setting appointments in an '8-5' time block, not communicating specific noted requests to the technician and then not showing up until almost 8pm ...just happy the repair is finally done snd hope I never have to do another warranty repair.

This national company has done away with customer support! I tried calling the Hilo store in Hawaii and it has an AI rep now which will only book appts or send you to the website for product inventory. On the product inventory, the website didn't even recognize the Sears store in Hilo 🤔🤪 Sooo, if I want to check on a part in Hilo, I have to drive 45 min one way just to find out if they have it... 🤮 What a convenient, for them, but also costly oversight... Lets see how long it takes that choice to sink the already sinking Sears ship in Hilo 🫢

Had an appointment set for today Friday 2/20/2026. Repair tech suppose to come anywhere between 8am to 5pm. I get a message @ 4:20pm that they are not coming. I literally took off work for them to be at the home only for them to cancel last minute like this!? Totally unprofessional!!

I would give 0 starts if able. Scheduled Sears Repair for a Washer, twice. Told to stay home from 8 am to 5 pm, on Tues. and today (Friday). Each time, at 3 pm, got a message from "Richard" the AI Assistant, that my appt. was cancelled. There is no way to talk to a human being! So I will not reschedule. Sears Sucks!!!!

I got a confirmation from Sears for the scheduled date and times of repair of our washer. On the day set for a visit from the Sears, no one arrived, called, emailed or texted us.. I spent the day waiting from 8 am until 5 pm, the washer is still broken and oh how sad I am with Sears Repairs.

Sears appliances Repair were dispatched to fix my leaking Samsung brand fridge under the manufacturer’s warranty. The nice Repair man arrived just before 6 pm on a Friday. He said the fridge had a blockage. He took the inside back of the fridge off, used a steam Device to clear the blockage and have the inside back panel back on in half an hour. I was really pleased. However, the leak had not been fixed, and by midnight the inside of the fridge cabinet was room temperature. Not very good when we live in Hawaii. I called Samsung. They guessed that he had not reconnected the fan properly. I tried to get Sears to come out for two months and could not get anyone to attend. Their AI assistant kept postponing the appointments. After two months having a warm fridge, Samsung said that they would give me an accommodation. And they did. I would never recommend CS Appliance Repair to anyone. The AI assistant for making and breaking appointments was absolutely awful to deal with.

The appliance technician was good but it took five appointments or over three months to determine my refrigerator could not be repaired. The control board part was no longer available (NLA). Imagine having no refrigerator for over three months. Two of the appointments no one called or showed up. I constantly received text messages for each day before my appointment was nearing. Also, I had to commit the hours between 8-5 to wait and hope the technician would show up.i will not be purchasing any items from Sears Home Appliance in the future.
