The service person did a fantastic job, Sears itself has deteriorated and contacting them is an absolute nightmare. The previous job is still unfinished. The part never came.

Repair man came promptly on day scheduled, and fixed problem in less than an hour with no further visit/repair needed. I've done 3 loads of wash sine then and everything works fine.

East side repairs were fast, efficient and friendly. Nothing available on the West side of the island for months. Have a washer there and had to purchase new because of lack of appliance techs. There is a huge market for someone wanting to start a professional appliance repair.
