All the technicians that come are good workers. Dealing with the call center and the bot is so frustrating. I’ve waited at times all day and nobody shows up, what a waste of time. The call center and the ai bot needs major improvement.

Travis was knowledgeable and personable, and very helpful. The Sears Warranty Service, however, is difficult to deal with, as it is entirely automated and you can never speak to a real person.
