Repair successful - after almost 2 months waiting on parts - not happy about that part of the system.. Part ordering is very confusing and not very organized. Also communication was almost all one way between me and Sears. They NEVER answered. The only thing that saved the day was the repair crew. They were AMAZING>>>>>>

Rating a 5 for the technicians. They are great. Friendly and efficient. If you asked me about the scheduling - it's a 1. Sheduling is horrendous - almost impossible to get to a live person and even then can't get a straight answer. When you can get a confirmation, it's a 9 hour window! And if they can't get to you? Rescheduled for another 9 hour window. Original appointment on Tuesday, no one showed up and automated calls all day reminding me that I'm scheduled between 8 and 5. I called Wednesday 7am and told tech couldn't make it and I'm scheduled for Thursday. 2 hours later get a text the technician is on the way. Thank goodness someone was home. Repair completed and get a text asking me to rate the technician. One hour later get a new text confirmation saying I'm scheduled for Thursday. Seriously messed up.
