I was going to give only 4 stars, but even with the miscommunication, I was really satisfied with the technician. He was very pleasant and professional and neat! I instructed to be notified by my cellphone so I could meet him at my home, between 8am to 12 noon. I waited and waited, no call. Finally, I got a call from my daughter, who usually is never at home, says a repair service is calling the home phone and is outside of the gate, this is like almost noon. So, I asked her to open our electric gate and drove to my home. Tech was polite and was already working on my range. And I asked him why didn't he call my cellphone. He said he has been trying for couple of hours. When we checked the dispatch, the cellphone number was wrong and he showed me how many times he tried to call me, but the wrong number. I am so glad everything worked out fine and that my range is up to par. Thank you, Sears, but please double check contact numbers! I would have been upset if I had to re-schedule my repair to another date because of the miscommunication.

Technician came to our home, discovered that the part he needed was on the truck of another repairman. Left to get part and another gentlemen returned later in the afternoon to complete the job. He was excellent, hard working and very polite. I would recommend either gentleman to anybody that's looking for good repairmen. Thank you Sears.

I wasn't too pleased with the initial scheduling of my appointment but afterwards, everything that was handled locally was excellent: a rep called me when an earlier appointment became available; my repairman, George, called me that day to state his expected his arrival time; he fixed my machine and put it back into good working condition; and he took the time to answer all the questions that I had. Excellent service rendered in a professional and understanding manner. Much mahalo to George and Sears repair. Worth a 5!

I always have a good experience with every technician that comes to service my appliances in over 10 years that I have been dealing with Sears. They are always courteous, knowledgeable, and gracious.

The technician was running late and called to let me know his expected time of arrival. Once he arrived he set about the task and had the fridge running efficiently. Great professional service!
