Jeff did an excellent job on the repair of the ice maker. He is the most personable and helpful service person. Jeff goes the extra mile and showed how to remove and reinsert the grill on the bottom of the refrigerator. Also he placed a plastic board to protect our flooring. From a scale to 1-10, 10 the highest; Jeff will receive a 10++!!!

Our Samsung television was working well so there was nothing to repair. However, the Sears repair man did a good job servicing the television and explaining what was covered in our plan. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

Excellent service by Sears technician Jeff. He quickly diagnosed the problems and kept us informed of what he was doing from clearing ice buildup from the freezer and ice maker to ordering the necessary parts for a follow up visit. We are very impressed and happy with the service; mahalo nui!
