The service rep was on time, nice, completed his work in good time, and provided extra tips for eliminating rust on the A/C and well as other appliances which rust easily in ocean air.

Jeff did an excellent job on the repair of the ice maker. He is the most personable and helpful service person. Jeff goes the extra mile and showed how to remove and reinsert the grill on the bottom of the refrigerator. Also he placed a plastic board to protect our flooring. From a scale to 1-10, 10 the highest; Jeff will receive a 10++!!!

Our Samsung television was working well so there was nothing to repair. However, the Sears repair man did a good job servicing the television and explaining what was covered in our plan. We were very satisfied with the service we received.
