Our Samsung television was working well so there was nothing to repair. However, the Sears repair man did a good job servicing the television and explaining what was covered in our plan. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

Excellent service by Sears technician Jeff. He quickly diagnosed the problems and kept us informed of what he was doing from clearing ice buildup from the freezer and ice maker to ordering the necessary parts for a follow up visit. We are very impressed and happy with the service; mahalo nui!

Sears Appliance Repair was very professional. The technician was on time and diagnosed the problem with our oven quickly. The part was ordered and sent to our house and installed a few days later. I was impressed with Sear's scheduling system and I appreciated the reminders.
