I had a great experience with my Sears repairman for my tractor mower. He immediately found what it needed and took care of it. I so appreciated that he answered questions i had on taking care of it so it lasts a long time. He also told me I could extend my warranty when it is time for it to run out so I can continue with the services if needed. He was very respectful of me when we spoke about what the problem was and treated me with courtesy and was willing to explain things in a manner I could understand. When he finsihed and left I felt confident that at 68 years of age I could coninue using my mower and I would be able to continue for years to come. Our visit was educational as well as a good repair. It is so good to know I have chosen well in my purchase and in buying my warranty since I live out in the country..
