Sears is now using an outside contractor for tv repairs. The company that was used was quick and efficient, and even came out 5 days earlier that Sears had scheduled the appointment for.

Sears service personnel was VERY personable and knowledgeable about repairs to my lawn tractor and in my humble Opinion did a very excellent work. Pleasure to know he cares for and explained things unfamiliar to me about my machine. Mahalo

The service we received on our lawn mower was excellent. Our technician was very knowledgeable and thorough every step of the way. He kept in communication with us the entire time as far as when to expect the new replacement parts and up to the minute time of his arrival.
