Sears service personnel was VERY personable and knowledgeable about repairs to my lawn tractor and in my humble Opinion did a very excellent work. Pleasure to know he cares for and explained things unfamiliar to me about my machine. Mahalo

The service we received on our lawn mower was excellent. Our technician was very knowledgeable and thorough every step of the way. He kept in communication with us the entire time as far as when to expect the new replacement parts and up to the minute time of his arrival.

The repairman emailed prior to coming out to my home. Arrived at the time he stated. He was very patient and asked questions about any problems we were experiencing. He was then very efficient and effective in his diagnosis and checkup of our Kenmore Elite (LG) Refrigerator. (Great when a repair person has the proper tools to complete the job!) He also provided tips on how to get the best service use and life of our large counter depth refrigerator. Emphasized the importance of keeping temperature settings of 0 and 37.
