The repair man, Jeff, had a hard time to get it working, but he was persistent. He left his card and checked back with us, returning the next day to make sure it was staying cold.

prompt, knowledgeable, friendly...ordered parts that were needed to repair.. We have the yearly insurance and being near the ocean, we have used sears repair often and have never been disappointed...thank you
