Holi was great. Very nice, quick and effective replacement of parts and got the stove working again. So from the human standpoint the service folks are great as Holi showed. Getting parts however was a major delay streching into months. I suggest Sears look into a better way than AI alone to communicate with customers.

Brian arrived on time, had all his tools, listened attentively as I explained the problem with our BROAN Range Hood He then went to work, fixing the problem and explaining what he was doing. My wife, then informed him about a problem with our oven. Brian introduced us to the Sears maintenance program, covering the stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer which we purchased and he went to work servicing our appliances. He was polite, friendly and, knowledgeable and took the time to explain some tips for proper maintenance of the appliances. Great service!!!
