Repairman was very friendly. Easy to talk to. Explained what was wrong with my upright freezer. He knew exactly what was wrong when I described the problem. He also assisted me in locating a part for my craftsman riding lawn mower. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!

My new fridge had a very minor issue, it turned out to be normal for my climate (hot, humid & no one has A/C). Excellent, quick & polite service. Recommend highly!

I have used Sears extended warranty repair service for years. The alway come very quickly and on time. If they can't fix the problem immediately, it has always been my experience that they keep coming back until it is 100% fixed. They are a life saver.
