Loved Mr.Correa and his apprentice. Very efficient and friendly. They came in ,assessed the situation and fixed my washer on the same day .This is the first time things were handled efficiently. I am requesting the same pair of Technicians on my next repair

There were two service people who showed, John and Holy. John in training. Even though it was many hours after their work hours, they did show on the day promised, worked efficiently, and resolved the problem. I am very pleased.

The technician arrived 45 minutes after I made the trouble call. On the same day! My technician, Kevin, was knowlegable and informative. The repair had my washer up and running within two hours after reporting the issue. Highly satisfied and pleased with the overall experience. Sears has never let me down and I miss their local store, which closed about a year and a half ago, tremendously. Their service personel represent the traditional values of Sears, Montgomery Ward, very well. What more can I possibly say?
