The Tech arrived a few days early (after calling first)! I've never had a scheduled service call early! The Tech was friendly and thorough. I couldn't ask for better service.

The replacement pump is working fine. I would've given a 5 star rating except that the first serviceman left the washer unplugged depriving us of its use while waiting for the replacement pump.

It took over a week to get the first person out, he quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the needed parts. Then another two weeks before the actual repair person could get out here. Two guys came and repaired it quickly. Microwave works fine now. The individuals who came to my home were all friendly, helpful and did a great job. The waiting for appointments was frustrating and all in all I was nearly a month without the microwave. Nice people, good job, long waits

The man that fixed my washer was awesome. Explained to me the entire process, each step and the functions. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that he said that companies don't make washers like they used to. It doesn't last as long and that worries me. He also said that the type of washer I have, it is known to have leaks. That really worries me about having to buy a new washer soon.
