Went smoothly...and took only 15-20 minutes. I would have expected more since the fee was $ 99

Repair man was good However, Sears Home Services is a nighmare! It is impossible to get to them, I am double billed for a repair that was done (I have the the receipt of payment). Already I spent more than 4 hours on the phone, getting the run around, and no resolution on sight. Also sent letters to them, no answer ever. Now Collection Agency did answer but still no answer from Sears.
