The service person was very professional. Unfortunately because of the cost of parts (which I did not anticipate) repairs did not take place. Had to purchase a new refrigerator.

The serviceman Billy and repairs were great... but the process to schedule the appointment was absolutely horrible. I was without a Dryer for over 2 months both prior appointments where canceled on the scheduled day of appointment this was done two months in a row.The scheduling company is very impersonal 🥴

Tech diagnosed the problem gave me an estimate how much it was like buying a new one but being a Maytag and being 5 years old I just decided to fix it hope to get another 5 or more years out of it oh and phillipe was the tech.
