thought it was of that the repairman suggested that I go on the computer to find out information whenever my washer acts up. why did I pay for maintenance agreement if that's the case

Waited all day for repairman. Never came! Never called! Repair center told me repair was scheduled for Friday (2 days later), but I had never been contacted about the change. Suggest better coordination here! When repairman came, he was quick and thorough in replacing circuit and correcting problem. Work well done. But still have another unfixed problem with being able to set heat level for dryer that was not corrected. Repairman's comment was, well if you buy the appliance coverage plan, that will be covered when you call next time! I don't want a contract, but I do want all problems connected to my call corrected on the first visit! Will raise this rating to mediocer since the repairman did correct at least the most obvious problem: no heat.

The actual serviceman and repairs were great... but the process to schedule the appointment was absolutely horrible. The online staff and service is deplorable
