The repair technician was fine, and fixed the problem promptly after the part was ordered. The problem I had was that the web form did not allow me to specifically describe the problem: a loose door gasket. Had I been able to do so, only one trip would have been required; as it was, the technician had to make two trips, one to diagnose the problem the other to repair it after the gasket arrived. I strongly advise anyone with a clearly identifiable problem to *call* Sears repair and describe the problem rather than use their web form, or they may end up paying for an extra trip.

The online process to schedule the service was very easy. The repair person was prompt, great about giving me a time to expect him. Unfortunately my dryer was not worth repairing. The service tech also looked at my fridge as it has water build up, he changed a setting and said that should fix the issue and it did not. So I did not get any fixes from my service call.

I have called sears MULTIPLE times for the same refrigerator within months apart. The last time they came in June I asked for a replacement and was told I had to have 3 parts replaced. So now in September they come again for the SAME problem, and AGAIN I ask for a replacement and I was told if the service man puts that it is a reoccuring problem this could be done. I specifically asked that it be done and it wasn't. I am NOT happy with having to call every 3 months for the SAME issue. All they do is defrost the ice and put the tray back in....Really? Obviously there is a PROBLEM if it keeps happening!!

My washer is still broken.

Repairman identified and fixed washer problem quickly and efficiently. However, after he sold me a surge protector and installed it, he somehow pulled the dryer vent off the wall. Now I cannot use my dryer because the fluff flies all over the washer room. I called the service center to have the repairman come back to fix the vent, but I have not heard from them yet.
