Repairman installed new compressor in my refrigerator. 3 days later, the refrigerator was still not cold. Called for repairman again. Was told my appointment would be another week out! Had already been without a working refrigerator for over two weeks as it took so long to get an appointment the first time and then had to wait for parts. I complained enough that another repairman was sent out the same day. He tinkered with it and it is now working fine. I gave two stars instead of one because both repairmen were very polite and respectful. Otherwise, I would have given just one star. A person with a non-operating refrigerator should go to the top of the list!

Although your repairmen were cordial and seemed satisfied with their work, my freezer is still broken. In fact, there is no "chill" at all after being plugged in for over 24 hours and the alarm keeps going off in the middle of the night so I pulled the plug.

This was the fourth visit to take care of the problem. Each time a new part had to be ordered. In the meantime, the refrigerator was not working properly and a lot of food had to be disposed of. No compensation was received.

Repairman was polite and professional. No complaints there. But Sears charged $279 in labor for a 10-minute replacement of the door latch of the dishwasher. The parts were only $70. I felt ripped off.

First appointment scheduled on 6/1 between 1 and 5 pm. No one showed up. (4 1/2 hours wasted.) At 5:30, we received a call to reschedule to 6/3 between 8 and 12 noon. Again, no one showed up. Another 6 1/2 hours wasted. We called repair technician directly - he finally came at 2:30 pm on 6/3. Bottom line, we wasted 11 hours waiting for the repair technician. Although did the job and was very pleasant (4 stars), Sears scheduling sucks (0 stars). No follow-up and no place to call to find out the status when no one shows up. Luckily, I retained the technician's number when he called on 6/1 to reschedule. Better to use a local company next time.

We waited 4 months to get the correct part and had to reschedule 6 times! This last technician was good. He actually ordered the right part and installed it correctly after the second time of being there. (the first time and every time, the wrong part was ordered by another different technician). Sears on the other hand is terrible! I had five previous technicians out and they all ordered the wrong part! Their AI systems is terrible! You can never talk to a real person and they bother you to death. AI send several emails, texts and phone calls a day! You have to confirm several times, by text, phone and email! If you miss the AI phone call, they drop you in the back of the line that day! I never answer numbers I don't recognize because of all the spam and it doesn't say Sears when calling! I had to pay someone each time to sit there and wait for them. They say 8 to 5 window and then give you a narrow two hour window the day of service and adjust it throughout the day and he didn't get there until after 6 pm. Starts out saying they will be there between 12 and 2 and then 2 to 4 and then 3 to 5 and then 5 to 7 each time! One time the guy never showed at all and she had to wait over 8 hours before they finally let me know no one was coming!! I pay her $30 to sit there and wait as this is a busy Airbnb! I could of gotten a whole new washer in the amount of time and money I spent on this small part! This is a very busy Airbnb and hard to schedule things. Avoid Sears at all costs if you can! Its terrible and I am looking for a new provider as I can't do business like this!
