your customer service is abysmal.! we had to wait 17 days for a refrigerator repair. The repairman showed April 2, left the compressor on our kitchen and said someone else would be back on April 16. You kept rescheduling us for diagnostics even though you had completed this. Then on the 16th the SAME repairman showed up to fix it. Half way through he did not have enough gas so he had to wait for ANOTHER Sears repairman to help him finish the job. It is unacceptable to wait over 2 weeks to get a refrigerator repaired!! On top of this we had to pay an unreasonable labor charge. Your customer service sent us chasing down several people t try to resolve our frustration with this whole experience. At the end of the day your response was " you appliance has been fixed so there is not a problem" YES there is. This is just one of the reasons you are going out of business. We will never buy or have Sears do anything again. Consumers be warned. This company does not stand behind their commitments.

I will never again buy a sears appliance again they lie to make a sale and do not stand by their products. my frost free freezer apparently isn't frost free and less than two yrs old and the top bubbles and rusts and the repairman says its condensation and because I dont use pledge to wipe it...smh...Oh and it only started to bubble.when the warranty was up so i had to buy an extended warrarty only to be told its because i live in Hawaii that it has condensation...Crooks!!!

Service man was fine. Prices are disgraceful and their customer service just as bad. No wonder Sears is bankrupt. Never again!

The appliance department's team is a sad example of a team. They seem very unmotivated, uninterested in products, lack professionalism, need to be approached for help ( which they reluctantly attend to), and avoidant of doing their jobs. Don't they get commissions? All guys there, perhaps they need some competition? It's like they are being asked to clean restrooms whenever I've asked for assistance.

Sears unable to repair TV. I had to procure a part from a 3rd party that was unreturnable once used in the TV. The net effect was I was out $350.00. At least Sears waived the labor fee when they were unable to fix the TV.

Service has been up at least 5 times to repair my refrigerator freezer and each time the rear has only lasted a a little over a month. On tis last service call by Leo the coolant was low and he had to put in an ounce of coolant and that he couldn't find a leak and stated that the perhaps the last service.tech didn't put in the correct amount of coolant. if that was correct then why did the fridge work fine for over a month. I asked about my fridge being replaced since the compressor was replaced twice and the evaporator once and with the multiple service calls for the same problem and each time I asked I got a different reason for when my refrigerator qualified for replacement. I have been a loyal Sears customer since the Seventies but now I feel that I am just being given the run around. Shame on you Sears. Is this what you call customer care?
