Made an appointment and got email confirming that they would come between 8-5. Waited all day and no one came, no text, email or phone call. When I tried to call for an explanation, I got the automation because they were closed

Tried calling, automated system tried to sell a medical alert device.

This is by far the worst operation I have had the displeasure of doing business with. Not only did they not fix the issue, they actally broke the refrigerator by man-handling some of the plastic parts. I still have a broken refrigerator after 5 attempts for them to fix it. They don't show up on the appointment date, good thing I only had to wait from 8am to 5pm. This place is a joke. STAY AWAY if at all possible.
