Technician communicated arrival time via text and was on time for both appointment. He explained the problem with the Kenmore electric dryer on 1st appointnent, ordered the part. On second appointment the fuse was installed and noticed that the dryer door wasn't closing properly and fixed it. Very pleased with American Home Warranty and the technician's work.
