The service tech was very knowledgeable and explained things in full detail that I could understand the findings of the cause of my system needed repairs in fixing it in order for the system to work correctly. The service technician was very professional and a pleasant personality. Did not just rush through, actually took the time to troubleshoot and locate the root cause of the problem. Because of this service technician, I would highly recommend this company to others.

Marquez did an awesome job replacing all of the lights in my refrigerator and freezer! He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. What a difference the new lights have made! After dealing with dim and non-working lights, I can literally say, “I CAN SEE THE LIGHT!” 😂💡🙌🏽 Thank you, Marquez, for providing excellent 5-star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They came on time, and made all repairs quickly. Keith was through and professional. Knew what to do and he did it. He replaced a burner switch on our range.

Isiah the Technician Was very professional, Courteous, and efficient in repairing our Refrigerator. Sears Appliance gets a 3 stars or less for its AI support and scheduling with no way to contact a live customer service agent when things go wrong! It took 20 days from diagnosis and parts ordering and multiple reschedulings to get it done. Time will tell how long it lasts!

Friendly and very nice courteous. Helped and old lady, patiently showed me how to do the payment. I liked him very much I first thought it didn't work, but it does. I'm very happy. He told me to have air flow and maybe that would not happen again.
