He was knowledgeable, he explained all my options and let me decide instead of pushing products off on me. It fixed my oven in a timely manner and showed me the problem and let me take pictures for me husband. He was great! Before and after pictures included.

So far Mr Germaine came in and replaced the parts that was needed to have the refrigerator freezing again. At this moment everything seems to be working so I hope that it remains that way. Thank you.
