The third time Sears came out the issue was fixed correctly. The service people were professional and clean. The first and second time out was the same service person who said he didn't work on washing machines and didn't know why he was sent out. Then he left... without saying anything when he said that he was calling a supervisor. Up until that point, he was professional.

James, my refrigerator repairman, was fine. Unfortunately, I did not get the 10% discount off the diagnostic fee. Although it showed up on my appt confirmation (see attached), James was unable to bring it up on the bill - even after inputting the code. So, instead of $116.10, I paid $129. To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact Sears about it - all numbers and chats led me to AI, which was totally useless for resolving my issue.
