My freezer was working now it’s not. Update: I’ve been without an entire fridge now for 2 weeks and unable to get any assistance or an appointment. I’ve had 3 appointments that has gotten cancelled. I may have to move to legal matters unfortunately. If I could give it no stars I would.

The worst! They canceled my first appointment after waiting 8hrs. My second appointment was super late. And the third appointment was a no-show. I missed 2 days of work and my fridge is still inoperable. I asked to have supervisor call me but all you get is Ai when I call or email. Veterans please stay away from this company. It was a total waste of time and money.

The furnace unit that was supposed to be fixed is not fixed the thermostat that was replaced is not turning off automatically it is currently going up and the technician left without saying goodbye it's fixed

While the tech was as pleasant as could be, but Sears provides no updates to the service window, which is from 8am to 5pm (unless they have to come an hour and a half after that), and the issue with my freezer was fixed in that now my fridge is too hot and my fridge isnt cold enough either!

The American Homeshield provided your company to come out to my residence to fix my dryer and dishwasher. The first visit, your technician arrived and informed me that he only had a work order for the dryer. He removed the top and advised me that a belt had to be replaced and a new date provided. On the day of my 2nd visit with the new belt on site, I waited from 08:00 until 12:30 when I received an email advising that the appointment that was scheduled had to be rescheduled. On 3rd, along come “Alex” your second tech that looked closely at the dryer and informed me that another part had to be ordered. So on 11/06/2025, “Alex” showed up and with all the new parts, my dryer is finally repaired. “Alex” stated that the system was very dirty and I had to pay an additional $50.00. So the question I have for Sears is, what is my cost for the hours I wasted on my second appointment? After 4 visits and a rescheduled appointment, and my $50.00 out of pocket expense, I hope that American Homeshied cancels your contract because I refuse to ever use Sears again…………….. I rate “Alex” as a #5 tech. The first one (name unknown) I rate as a #3. Sears, you can do better in your services.

Technicians were great! Scheduling and warranty departments not so much. Terrible experience there. This is not the first time we’ve had to deal with their repair department.
