Josh was great! He asked all the right questions to figure out what was wrong instead of my "it's making a loud noise and won't fill." Of course, it wouldn't do either with him standing there! He looked it over and found the problem. Needless to say, we will be calling Sears Appliance Repair next time!

Took his time and clean my dryer out as requested. Checked to make sure that it was drying correctly. His original orders was for a washer but I had requested dryer service. Thank goodness he was trained on both appliances since I had taken off work to have the service performed.
