The 5 stars are for the technician not AI. The AI method is terrible. If there are issues, humans are hard to connect with. Get rid of AI and bring back humans.

The technicians sent out by my home warranty were from Sears. They did a great job quickly diagnosing the issue with out AC unit and fitting a replacement solenoid relay.
