The technician who did the work at my house today and last time he gets five stars. But I do have one negative thing to say about Sears. Is to ensure all technicians have those carts that can hold in the wall ovens.

Work is not yet completed. Refrigerant was low so the replenished and topped off and will come back out w/in 30 days to ck if system is still leaking. Initially wanted me to call again in about 30 days if system was not cooling. I asked them to put it on schedule to automatically come out to recheck . She said that it made sense and she would see if they could do a follow up. Did not check furnace or coils for leaks. Seems that they were rushing and not completing everything they needed to complete, such as checking for source of leak. Will see if there will be issues with their coming back out to check for leaks or levels of refrigerant.

We received excellent maintenance service on our Washer and Dryer. Eli thoroughly explained the washer operation to prevent future inop operation. He also thoroughly cleaned and serviced our dryer. Thank you Eli and Sears.
