No technician ever arrived. I have had 3 appointments and continually I wait and I am rescheduled. No a/c for a whole month with hot weather. Need a negative star. Pissed off they are not being held accountable to the agreement of my home warranty.

The technician Cordero aka Cory came to my home and worked on the wrong AC unit and caused it to run 24hrs a day even while my thermostat was turned off. The other AC unit appears to need a motor or something, he claims there was an issue with the duct not sucking anything up when the unit was not even coming on. Even after contacting him to come back out I got the run around and here we are 5 days later and still no return visit. Worst service ever! Sears need to hire more experienced techs!

To whom it may concern, I'm a elderly lady been with H.W.of America since 2018. i been trying to get my washer fix since March, here were in June now, i have spoken with Management I dont know what to do now, maybe i need an attorney now.

My appointment window was 8am to noon. I rescheduled my job for this appointment. Not only did the technician not call nor show.....but called me 2 hours later.....2:05 pm.... stating he was outside my home. I had left to go to work at 2pm to try and make some money out of the day wasted. When I asked why he didn't call and let me know he was going to be late......he responded, " I didn't think about" I asked if he could come back later, he said no. Come tomorrow? ....no. He said, let me check the schedule. He didn't apologize, didn't offer a solution....he was just nonchalant, like it was my problem. Totally disrespectful and rude!!!!!! Many of us take off work for these appointments. As a company, respect that fact!!!!!!! And my AC is still not working 😕 🤬🤬🤬
