My Sears technicians today!!!! They were PRICELESS!!!! They were Professional; KNOWLEDGEABLE of what they were doing; In UNIFORM from head to toe;The female technician was the leader.She's sergeant!!!! She working the thermostat, checking the unit outside, and asking me upstairs to show/explain to me how she set the thermostat; etc.Being 64 years young veteran,it was too hot 🔥 upstairs for me to sleep.Now thank to Sergeant,I don't remember her name, please forgive me and young man.I will sleep be sleeping in some cool air tonight. Thank you JESUS!!!! Give them a raise, SEARS.GOD BLESS.
