Devon was polite but he didn't completely attached my dishwasher door. There is a screw in the bottom pan and the door makes a clicking sound.

Service Tech prompt when he got the assignment. Presented himself friendly, professional. Informative and courteous. He cleaned and did preventive service on the dryer. The washer service was incomplete, had to order a part. Alex is an excellent service tech. I was elighted to have had him as my service technician. Alex returned on 1/27/26 and installed the part for the washer. Checked the appliance for proper functioning. At present it appears to be functioning properly. Awesome work Alex, thank you.
