Got a message that the tech would be here between 7 - 8:53pm. He arrived when I wasn't home. He said he replaced the part. I got home and turned the unit on as he said. It has been 9 hours the unit is set to 65 and it is 80 in the house. There is no cool air coming from the AC.

Andrew was not professional in questioning whether my appliance was accessible. When I shared that I did not care for his tone and how he was questioning me, he told me he did not like mine either. I would have expected better service. I did not allow him to my home as a result as I was uncomfortable with him entering my home.

The technician was 2 hours past the expected arrival time. He wanted $650 to install a $50 part. We dissent him away. What a waste of an afternoon.

When I applied for the warranty, I stated that the automatic valve of the air conditioner was not working. However, after he came to my house and saw the situation, he said that he was in charge of the air conditioner and not the valve and left. He said someone else would come but there has been no word yet and the air conditioning valve still doesn't work. They promised to send a new technician and took the money. But I haven't heard anything back yet.

I have been trying to get my air conditioner fixed since June. The first guy went to the house next door, had to wait two weeks for a second appointment. Next guy came on 7/10 ordered A part advised he Wouk be back next week to fix but nothing has been done. You absolutely can’t reach a live person and Choice Home Warranty does nothing to try and reach out or connect me with Sears for an up. This is the worst experience ever. My electric bill is now 466 and my water bill is 163 due to the issue with the air conditioner issue. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This is rediculous. I have spent now three days from 8am to 5pm waiting for a service technicial to show up and fix the central AC. He says he called and customer declined service but I did not ever receive a call. I have spent hours with customer service, and AI and just get a run around

He was more concerned about getting service fee before diagnosis air condition . The service technician did not give me a written results of what the diagnostic testing revealed about air conditioner’s performance .
