Chelsea came in and was upfront about all the pricing and what issues I may have. When he suspected that the problem may not be worth the repair price, he was upfront about that as well which I really appreciated. After doing a little bit on tinkering, he was able to fix my noisy washer with a couple of screws! As someone who has been taken advantage of when it comes to home repairs, I was so comforted to have a technician who really just wanted to help me out and save me some money. Thank you Chelsea!!
