I was having a very frustrating ongoing problem with my washing machine. Ian was about the seventh trip of a repairman out for the same problem over the course of three years. He was very patient and kind as I explained the issue. I felt he gave me very good information. Even though it’s a problem that is unable to be solved, he helped me with the issue as best he could. It’s all up to LG and Asurion now.

Oh my goodness Chelsey was wonderful. My dryer looks like a brand new one. He fixed everything. I was so afraid I was going to have to buy a new one. He did not leave a mess on the floor he cleaned it up. I want him again if I need a appliance repair. Jamie

Chelsey first came out to diagnosis the problem with the dryer. He was very thorough with checking every aspect of the dryer including cleaning everything out on the inside of the unit. He found the issue and had the part ordered. Ian came out to replace the control panel and the dryer was back in use. Ian was very efficient and my overall experience was very good except for the final price. lol. Hahaha
