While I had my concerns about Sears' ability to maintain my appointment following an overbooking of a technician, I am thankful for Javonte. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I was comprehending his checks and balances throughout the entire service. He answered all of my questions honestly, and was just a wonderful energy to have around during a very stressful period. The level of care and professionalism is greatly appreciated as welcoming strangers into my home is hard.

OUR TECHNICIAN ROCKED!! He just left. His name is Andrew. He was very knowledgeable, spent time answering my questions, provided me with valuable maintenance information I did not know, explained the problem in detail and all the options available, to include purchase of a new free standing range and warranties available. He instilled a lot of confidence and I now have a central location I can go to when I need appliance repairs. Thanks!!
