The technician was great. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do by showing me what he was doing. On the other hand. Not the fault of the Technician. But he arrived 2 hours pass the 8 am to 12n window. And trying to reach someone by phone was nearly impossible due to the automated system. But Sears had no issue having someone call to try and sell me a home warranty for my appliances.

He fixed the oven, but appeared not to be happy about it, making noises, comments and grunts the whole time. It actually made me uncomfortable.

My blower motor and fan stopped working. According to your technician, the mounting screw came loose on the blower fan. Causing a loud noise and eventually burning out the blower motor.Your technician gave me all negative feedback on my AC unit inspection. Stating that this was the wrong unit install in the property and the blower fan and motor were in-operative. Do your technicians get bonuses for saving Choice Home Warranty money? The reason I’m saying this is when I received feedback from Choice Home Warranty, It was stated By the technician that because of the faulty unit operation, they would not cover the claim. That explains why he kept saying doing the inspection “don’t know if they’re going to cover this claim.

I was very disappointed with the service that I got from Sears.They canceled my scheduled appointment four times for one repair. The service that I got from Sears is very unacceptable. I expected more professionalism from Sears. I do not recommend anyone getting their appliances serviced by Sears.

It took three tries to get this repair accomplished. The first scheduled time passed with no communication; afterwards, we were asked to reschedule. Just before the second scheduled time, we received a message that the technician would not be able to make the appointment. After the repair, the vent tube came loose and the dryer vented into the room.

This appointment was made WITHOUT my prior approval. Had spoke with and advised the tech that I would not be available for the appointment and although he said he would simply reschedule, he instead still came to my home when I wasn't available for a visit.

They was suppose to come fix my a/c unit. My warranty through choice home warranty. First time they showed up, was suppose to return same day with part , never came back. They scheduled another appointment to come back, never showed or called /texted to say they was coming. They set up another appointment. Once again never showed up, texted 1 hour before scheduled appointment to say the technician is still with another client so they canceled. Finally the next appointment they showed up but didn’t fix the problem. Now I have the same issue , not working properly. Appointment was today. No show, no call. Received a message saying rate the technician What technician, nobody showed up
