Sears manager... I just read a lot of the reviews about Rodney T let's really evaluate the situation that man really does not like this job. You should not send that soggy apple to anyone else's house because clearly he isn't doing a damn thing. From all the reviews I'm trying to understand why is he even still on your payroll. NO STARS!!!!! Check one star only for posting reasons, the only way you can post.. 1. Rodney mis diagnosed my AC issue With an electrical issue stating that it was not getting power, an I needed to get and Electrician. Which mind you has costed me a lot of money for an electrician to come out check my panel and the breakers and the voltage and to assure me that it's not an electrical issue is the AC all the power is good, it's the unit 2. Rodney may needs further training and And knowing how to diagnosed AC issues. 3.I DO NOT WANT RODNEY TO RETURN TO MY HOME, Send an experienced technician that actually cares about repairing an issue dealing with the AC unit not coming on an responding to the thermostat and not being so quick to want to be in and out of a property.

We"ve been waiting since Feburary for them to get our heat pump/furnace back online with multiable technician reschedules. The one that did come who could not resolve the issue, they sent him back to the house three weeks later. A I voicemail will not connext you to a live person to explain the problem.

After coming out and charging us $100 they decided not to pay for our stove to be fixed said because of rat droppings inside the stove top of the oven said it was not a new stove when we bought it but he said it was considered neglect and they wouldn’t pay for it to be fixed or pay for us to get a new one. We have lived here in this house for over 20 years and we have never seen a rat or mice. We have an exterminator that comes out every couple months, but we do not have any rats so I don’t see how this was determined neglect on our part and not covered under the insurance that we pay monthly for thank you sincerely Sylvia rodela

I have been waiting all day. Missed work because appointment was 12 something. No one called no one came. Now if they reschedule I will miss another day of work. This is very unprofessional and it annoys me that they have no regards to my time.

I am not happy. I have made 2 appointments and the tech Rodney T said he was here and I declined service. He lied about that because I was home the entire time he was supposed to show up. I don’t know where he went, but it was not 120 Rosedell Ct, Fayetteville, Ga 30214. I think he should either be reprimanded or fired for lying. I have been home both times he was supposed to show up. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

Tec was very nice. But I resent the hell out of the fact that Sears can't get icemaker parts for my Kenmore fridge and charged $119.00 to tell this old lady that.

Service is terrible. I was without air 8/5-9/15. After 2 same day cancelled appointments, i finally had another vendor look at system and it wasn't the compressor at all. No customer service and technicians are clueless.

If i could give a zero star rating I would So here's my experience on Sears Home Appliance Repair I put in an order for my fridge to be serviced on June 30th 2024 I have a bottom freezer and fridge on top. In which the freezer works exceptionally well. It's the fridge that wasn't staying cold Or gets warm then stops for whatever reason. I had 3 different technicians to come at separate times...2 different times was the same guy They both ordered the wrong parts . At this point I have a total of 3parts for my fridge The techs didn't come at the time that I was scheduled (this has happened several times) In which I had to reschedule again for another appointment And we all know it's like pulling teeth. When trying to get through. To talk with a live person My last appointment was last week. The tech said it's an electrical issue. He opened some component box and the wires are frayed My question to him was "so why you didn't check that out before you ordered an additional part, that I don't need?" That don't make any sense. So he sent it in my info for review and now I'm waiting. For someone from sears to contact me. In regards to this matter. Keep in mind this has been going on since June 30th The techs that came out were super courtesy. Don't get me wrong. I just wished they did a more of a thorough job, in locating the actual problem. Instead of assuming. My fridge would've been fixed by now. With that being said. My fridge still isn't working. Luckily I have an additional fridge, and Stand up freezer downstairs in my basement. It's such an inconvenience. Sears you gotta do better
