Benjamin, your tech, was absolutely the most diligent professional I have experienced out of all the techs that have worked on this unit since the day it was delivered by Lowe’s. Benjamin was able to detect the frustration I had with this unit getting fixed and he went out of his way after his truck had broke down to see that he fulfilled the order. He did a better job of scheduling than the schedulers. I pray this is the last time I have to have someone come out for this unit, which is not even a year old. It has been nothing but trouble.

If I had been able to describe what was going on, it could have been fixed over the phone. That would have saved me time and you money? I would have paid $100

The repair tech, Daniel, was very experienced, helpful and detailed in his explanation and handling of our washer issue. Customer service was horrible… from India, VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND and did not follow through my request of sending a second tech to handle the stackable unit. So I had to assist with taking the dryer off/on the washer. Should receive some type of discount since I provided the additional labor.

While the technician is personable respectful there seem to be a lack of coordination in ordering the parts and confirming it with myself and then following up I had to call back to the warranty company through Lowe’s to get the technician to come back and fix it the job is not complete. The second time the technician came back put in the new pump and the pump doesn’t work I have not even seen a new service order so the technician can come out and fix it With a second water pump again ,the job is not complete but since I’ve been prompted to give this review I’m only gonna give it two stars
