No repair but not techs fault
Professional and compassionate even though he could not fix our machine because sears doesn't work on the all in one ventless. Assurant sent the wrong company but Timothy called right away and let them know it needed rescheduled

Washing Machine Fix

Great Tech but Ashamed of Sears Home Services
The tech was great. He was very professional and courteous. The issue I have is with Sears Home Services as a company. They are price GOUGHERS. For what they charged to replace a simple control board, I was able to purchase a BRAND NEW range for LESS than $20 more than they would have charged. I will never call Sears Home Services again, and quite frankly, I hope they go out of business—a total and complete waste of time and money.
