Tim was not only prompt but very personable. He completed job in a short amount of time and all is well. Tim showed me the damaged part and explained why the dryer was not working correctlly. Speed queen was also wonderful. They found repair person and their customer support worked well with me and the technition. This was a warranty repair and speed queen honored that as well. For an appliance repair it was a great experience

Mr Daniel R was OUTSTANDING. Not only did he nail the problem but he was a clean and personable gentleman (a rarity in my recent experiences). I hope you never let go of Daniel. He shows respect and has earned my respect for the second time. He's done three jobs for me. I would like him to become my go-to man when I make warranty claims. I have a problem with the company Sears. Daniel was called a repair both my washer and my separate dryer. Daniel has nothing to do with this statement. If a technician drives to my house once, I think it's a little bit low of Sears to charge me $200 because I had two different machines worked on. There was no trip cost. Any fix the dryer in 5 minutes because he had to go out to his van to get the part. If he hadn't gone to the van he would have had it done in 2 minutes. If it wasn't for Daniel being such a Johnny on the spa technician, then.......
